Leave It On The Road Rides Again

On September 11 2014 Michael Tabtabai once again jumped on the LIOTR Speedvagen and hit the road for an epic journey to fight cancer. It was called PDX > LAX and the journey took him down down some of the country's most beautiful coastal roads, at an average of around 100 miles per day for 14 straight days. 

This ride was a little different from the 2013 cross-country adventure in that Michael rode solo from Portland to San Francisco, and will then meet up with the Fireflies West ride. Now in it's seventh consecutive year, this ride brings together a small peloton of cancer fighters who set a challenging route through the hills from SF to Los Angeles. The funds raised through this ride were donated to City Of Hope, a leading research facility for the treatment of cancer.
